Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 2 cups wheat flour


  • 2 tbsp suji


  • 2 tbsp besan


  • 2 tbsp oats grind to a powder


  • 3/4 cups oil


  • 3/4 cups grated cheese


  • 2 tsp jeera


  • 2 tsp ajjwain


  • 2 tsp chaat masala


  • 2 tsp black pepper


  • 1 pinch salt as per taste.


  • 3/4 tsp baking soda


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions

  • Sieve all the dry flour n then add all the ings n mix well .
  • Now take some water to knead the dough.
  • Now make 2 equal balls from the dough n then make a thick log.
  • Wrap these logs in a foil paper n keep in freezer for 1/2 hour.
  • Now cut them to 1/2 inches.
  • Now take a heavy bottom pan n heat it for 10mins
  • place a iron stand in it .
  • Grease the baking tray n place the cookies leaving gap .
  • Now put the baking tray over the iron stand n cover the vessel .
  • Let it bake on medium flame for max 15 mins.
  • Chk if they are not sticking n easily can be moved means ur cookies are ready. Off the flame remove the baking tray n let it cool .
  • Dont try to remove hot cookies from the tray they will break.
  • Happy baking on gas.
